| Albion Police Exploring Post #911 Village of Albion, New York |
| Membership in a law enforcement exploring post is open to young adults, male or female, ages 14-21 (eighth grade must have been completed). An Explorer may finish out his/her active duty status on the year of his/her 21st birthday. |
| Additional requirements include, but are not limited to: |
A. Parental approval that includes signatures by the Explorer and his/her parents or guardians.
B. Being of good health.
C. Being of good moral habits and standing.
D. Having no arrest or conviction records of serious offenses.
E. Maintenance of a 2.0 or higher GPA (75%) in school.
F. Being drug and alcohol free.
G. Having an interest in law enforcement, this post, and its well-being and success.
H. Being able to attend 80% of the meetings and trainings, and most of the functions, having a legitimate excuse for absence!
I. The applicant must, unless for a legitimate reason, be able to complete hours of service per month at functions.
